They are ideal for family, friends, your partner or yourself, experiences that will enrich your visit to Puerto Vallarta.
VALLARTA BOTANICAL GARDEN.
A space where native plants of Mexico are propagated, studied, discovered, conserved and exhibited. It is located approximately 30 minutes from the town of Puerto Vallarta. It has the most visited public collection of orchids in the country. It works and is sustained through the contributions and donations of its members. You can visit, support or join as a volunteer. In addition to having within its facilities the Hacienda de Oro restaurant where you can delight your palate with flowers and fruits from its harvest.
MARIETA ISLANDS.
Archipelago of volcanic origin, made up of two uninhabited islands: Isla Larga and Isla Redonda. Access through the beach of love. They are located 38 km from Puerto Vallarta, that is, approximately 1 hour. It is a protected space. During the visit you can snorkel or get on a kayak. A visit that you cannot miss.
YELAPA.
Yelapa is a Purépecha word whose meaning is: “Place where the waters meet.” To get there is by boat or water taxi. It is a perfect place to hide away, get away from the noise and take a relaxing walk. It is located approximately 40 minutes from Puerto Vallarta by sea, between the jungle and the waters of Bahía de Banderas. It is a quiet, private and inspiring place. You can also practice sports such as: fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving; or something more extreme like parasailing and paragliding. Another option is to go for a walk through the jungle in spring, the green colors of the plants are impressive. It is surrounded by restaurants in palapas where you can enjoy the catch of the day. At night the visit culminates with fireflies, bats, multicolored insects, crabs, frogs… a show that you cannot miss.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
Spring is the ideal time to enjoy outdoor activities since the climate, colors, temperature, energy, are perfect for spending happy moments in contact with nature and the environment.
RIDES OR ATV RENT: Off-road adventure along the Cuale River and through the Sierra Madre mountains.
DUNE BUGGY: Along the coast of Banderas Bay, Conchas Chinas, the Los Arcos marine reserve, jungle path and waterfalls, where your density walking and driving will be a great adventure.
ZIP LINES: Paths between the treetops with long and spectacular views, it will be an experience that will never be forgotten.
SKYDIVE: For l@s lovers of adrenaline.
SPORTS IN THE WATER: Surfing, paddle tennis, flyboarding, windsurfing, diving, snorkeling… all these sports practices on the different beaches that the Bay offers.
